①If there have problem with the file you upload, we will contact you to modify it
②The default hole location is directly above the design. If the hole location needs to be placed in other positions, please leave a message or mark in the design. If there are hole position requirements or more than 5 orders, we will confirm the outline with you through the email. The others will be arranged to do the goods directly. If you have any problems with the products, you can contact us and we will ensure that they can be solved
2、File requirements
Please Upload PSD/PNG/PDF/AI file. Please providing CMYK colour. Need 300 resolution, 1000 pixels or more.
The best file to upload is PNG transparent background or PSD format.
Warm Tips ：
①Different design for double side, please separate the layer.
②If your design with semi-transparent part, please separate your design's semi-transparent art from your artwork as an individual layer in PSD file, and name it.
③Charm size should include charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge, not only the printing design size.
3、How to get more bargain?

4、Why are the colors different? chromatic aberration?

5、How to make borderless charms ?
①.0.5 mm single bleeding edge (with color) must be left for cutting.
②We can just need to upload your design with the background, don't need to draw the cutline! Our designer will draw for you.
6、how to make gradient charms？
①You can just put a separate gradient layer on the design.
Or just put 'semi transparent' in the file name as well as left a note in the order just in case.
②For light colors, it can be very close to transparent. To avoid this problem, you can make the background color a little darker.
7、How to know the status of the order？
Log in to your account to check order status: https://www.vogesey.com/account/login
Confirmation effect chart: if the order number of keychains is more than 5 or have special requirements, we will offer you with proof/cutlines for confirm, we will arrange production.
8、vogesey custom clear acrylic keychains are durable, odorless, water resistant and light in weight. The acrylic charms are bright in color and pattern and will not fall off, the edges are smooth and translucent through. Can choose a variety of additional processes such as epoxy, holographic etc.

1. 24-48 hours after the order is placed vogesey will send you the product rendering, please check and confirm whether you need to modify.
2. Confirmation of the completion of vogesey will start production, ordinary process: 3-7 days, special process 7-14 days.
3. After the production is finished, vogesey will send you the photo and logistics number.
4. For single design more than 50 pieces, vogesey provide free sample production, and provide photos and video to confirm the quality.
